Curious about what to expect when booking a consultation with Heart + Hair?
Heart + Hair offers FREE Virtual Consultations and FREE In-Person Consultations in the Greater San Diego Area. Our ultimate goal is to assist our clients in finding the perfect wig or topper that makes them feel like the best version of themselves. We’ve designed our consultations to be highly effective in helping our clients achieve that goal while offering the maximum level of privacy and professionalism!
Once we receive your request, we will send you an email (or call if you prefer) to schedule your consultation. In that email (or call) we will ask you a series of questions that will help us properly prepare for your consultation.
Consultations typically take 30-60 minutes. During your consultation we will discuss your hair loss journey, alternative hair goals, measure, color & style match, discuss options best suited for you and finish the call walking you through care & styling instructions. If we are meeting with you in person, we will have samples for you to try. If we are meeting with you virtually, we will have samples to show you.
It can be such a challenge ordering wigs and toppers online—especially if you are not a trained professional. Our team of Certified Alternative Hair Consultants will help you find the perfect wig or topper. Working with us will help reduce your need to return and increase your satisfaction and confidence with your purchase. We also proudly offer customization and alterations services in person and virtually, increasing our ability to better serve our clients.
